Man Treated and Released after Fire at Recruiting Center

Bismarck police say someone was injured in a fire at the military recruiting station.

Just before 7 pm last night Bismarck Fire Department responded to a report of a fire in a strip mall at 200 W Front Ave.

There was moderate fire damage in the unit where the fire originated and light smoke damage reported in two adjoining units.

The damage is estimated at approximately $30,000 dollars.

The cause of this fire is under investigation.

Bismarck police say someone was injured in a fire at the military recruiting station.

The man was in the building when the blaze began last night.

He was treated at a hospital and released.
