Bismarck Man Charged with Terrorizing

Posted:

A 30-year-old Bismarck man is charged after an incident in south Bismarck.

Wade Bison is charged with terrorizing, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.

Bismarck police were called to the 1000 block of Bozeman Drive last night around 9:30.

They were told Bison had kicked in a door to an apartment and threatened he had a gun.

An officer later heard him say he didn't know where the bullets were but he was going to find them.

Police called for Bison to come out. Eventually a 10-year-old boy came to the door with no shoes or coat and appeared to be upset.

Nine officers had guns drawn and pointed in his direction waiting for Bison to appear.

Bison is charged with reckless endangerment for putting the child in harms way.

He is being held on $10,000 cash bond.
