The flu is now officially widespread in North Dakota.
The State Health Department reports 843 confirmed cases in the state - with H1N1 the predominant strain.
There have been 148 cases of H1N1 in the state this season - and nearly half are in Ward County.
Doctors from Trinity Health are urging caution if you're visiting someone at a hospital or nursing home.
If you're feeling ill, you should avoid those places.
