Regional Company Brings New Food Choice

Posted: Updated:

For all the bratwurst lovers in the Magic City, today was an exciting day with the kickoff of a new choice of meat being added to the shelves.

Mancave is a meat company that was started a few years ago in the Midwest, aimed to give good quality meat to customers.

And starting today, the company is selling out of all the Marketplace locations in Minot.

The regional manager says that the most important thing to him is staying true to why they started the company in the beginning.

(Brandon Miller, Mancave Regional Sales Manager) "We're trying to keep this local. We're a Midwestern company, we're trying to stay in the Midwest. We're not trying to sell out and just go across the country, you know, willy nilly, but basically we're going to follow the quality of the product. Whatever the quality allows us to do. You know, we're not here to sell a million packages for as cheap as we can. We want you to enjoy what you're eating and not take it for granted. This is something to be appreciated."

Samples will be available at Marketplace over the weekend.
