The secretary of the Air Force is paying a visit to Minot this week
Deborah Lee James, the top civilian in the Air Force, will spend time at Minot Air Force Base on Thursday.
The visit comes the week after James revealed a cheating scandal among officers taking certification tests for operation of missiles that carry nuclear weapons.
The 34 officers implicated in the cheating were from missile bases in Montana and Wyoming.
The cheating charges came to light while the Air Force was investigating several officers who had possessed illegal drugs.
