Two men are charged with luring a minor by computer.

Bismarck police arrested both men Tuesday.

Police say 54-year-old Thomas Bortness began speaking over the Internet with a female he believed to be 14.

An affidavit shows Bortness exchanged cell phone texts with the female and talked about meeting her.

He asked her about drinking and having sex.

Bortness was arrested after the two arranged to meet.

He's being held on $3,000 cash bond and is ordered to have no contact with children under 18.

Police say 27-year-old George Cain began speaking to a person he believed was a 14-year-old female over the Internet.

An affidavit shows Cain exchanged messages that talked about meeting at the mall and having sex in one of the bathrooms.

Cain was arrested when he showed up at the mall.

Cain is held on $5,000 cash bond and is ordered to have no contact with children under 18.

Both luring charges are class 'b' felonies.
