Making Valentine's Day Special

Posted: Updated:

The staff at Brentmoor Assisted Living are sponsoring an opportunity to make Valentine's Day special for someone special.

Marsha Dupre' says that an assisted living facility offers senior citizens a feeling of community, social interaction and activities to participate in.

They are taking these benefits one step further for Valentine's Day.

(Marsha Dupre', Brentmoore Assisted Living) "We're going to take a senior citizen, we'll pick them up, them and the person that nominated them. Will get to go out to a nice evening supper on Valentine's Day weekend. And we will send if they like, we will send a trained individual to help in getting them in and out of the restaurant and through that because it may have an individual that has dementia that may need some assistance."

Any North Dakota resident can nominate a senior citizen to win this night out for two.
