CLEVELAND, Tenn., Feb. 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Bald Headed Bistro was proud to contribute a chef's donation to the Court Appointed Special Advocacy (CASA) Fundraiser live auction Friday, February 14. The mission of the CASA of Bradley County is to help children who are caught up in the court system find their way home.
"We like to do what we can to support the causes in our community," said the Bald Headed Bistro's Executive Partner Josh Weekley. "We are thrilled to be involved with the CASA's efforts in helping children in need."
The winning bidder walked away with a four-course dinner for four at the Bald Headed Bistro, prepared by Executive Chef Eric Fulkerson, who has cooked for many celebrities, including a presidential family. The package includes the weekly specialty cocktail upon arrival, as well as a tiered wine list to be paired with each dish and available for purchase.The winner and their party will have the choice of being seated in the private dining room or the main dining room, and dinner will last approximately two hours.
"I have a passion for preparing food that is healthy, creative, and delicious," said Executive Chef Eric Fulkerson. "Nothing could be better than sharing that passion for a good cause."
Fulkerson will personally talk guests through his inspiration for each dish and his food philosophy, making this a truly unique dining experience. The special dinner, which can be scheduled for 6:00 pm any Monday – Thursday that the Bistro is open, is just one of many that will be offered by the Bistro throughout the year.
