The price of filling up is going up in North Dakota.
GasBuddy.com reports the average retail price for a
gallon of unleaded gas in the state is now $3.28.
That's more than seven cents higher than it was one week ago.
If you're looking for a silver lining - the website reports the $3.28 average is about 38-cents lower than one year ago.
But an analyst with GasBuddy.com says the increase of the past week could be an early start to "March Madness" in the oil industry - a time of year when gas prices traditionally spike.
The analyst predicts the price of gas will increase by 35 to 50-cents per gallon by late April or early May.
