Six Arrested in Child Abuse and Drug Case

Six people are arrested after police find drugs and paraphernalia including syringes within reach children.

Police were called to 1008 Portland Drive to do a welfare check of four children living in the apartment.

The kids are ages, two, four, five and 7-years-old.

25-year-old Billie Seewalker and 28-year-old Melody Onefeather are charged with for child neglect or abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia--class 'C' felonies.

Seewalker is held on $1500 cash bond and Seewalker on $3000.

Four others who were with the parents in the apartment -- were arrested for paraphernalia and warrants.

Social Services has taken custody of the children.
