Deborah Henderson seeks third restraining order

Posted: Updated:

Today, white supremacist Kynan Dutton and girlfriend Deborah Henderson appear in Mclean county court to file a restraining order against a North Dakota school teacher.
Ben Smith reports

For a third time, Deborah Henderson files for a restraining order against a North Dakota citizen.
A different person, but the outcome is the same.
"I don't see any incidents of disorderly conduct in there and because of that, the petition will be dismissed." - Judge John Grinsteiner
The complaint centered around Underwood school teacher, Lisa Auck, who Henderson says is a threat to the safety of her children.
A judge didn't see it that way...
"I like what happened today, I think it was the right decision." - Rick Olson, Underwood Mayor
"I have known Lisa for many years of my life, I just really had a hard time believing that she would do something mean." - Rick Olson, Underwood Mayor
Auck has been a school teacher for years in Underwood, and in a packed courtroom, her support from the community is overwhelming.
"It meant the world to me.  It even started before court today.  I got many letters and calls and emails and texts and the support, I don't even have words for it.  Its was very touching, I don't know how I could possibly thank everybody for all their support. " - Lisa Auck, Underwood public school teacher
Now we attempted to talk to Deborah Henderson but she was unavailable for comment.  In Washburn, Ben Smith, KXnews.

This is Henderson's third try to file restraining orders.
One was against a Bismarck Tribune Reporter -- another against the Leith Web site creator.
None of her attempts have been successful.
