A 29-year-old man is in jail after being arrested for selling marijuana near 2 schools.
Jacob Linquist is charged with 2 counts of delivery of a controlled substance within 1000 feet of a school, a Class A felony.
On October 4th an informant bought $400 worth of marijuana from Linquist at a fast food restaurant near Wachter Middle School.
On October 15th he sold an informant $120 worth of marijuana at a mall near St. Mary's High School.
In both instances the informant was wearing a wire.
Just 7 days ago, Linquist was also charged with burglary, a Class C felony, when he was seen carrying items out of a Bismarck home.
Linquist now has 26 charges on his record.. 11 of them are drug related.
Secretary of State's Office is currently reviewing a petition for North Dakota schools to begin after Labor Day.
