Two 19-year-old pedestrians are taken away by ambulance after they are struck by a vehicle on a college campus.
The two victims that were hit were taken away by ambulance just after one o'clock Wednesday afternoon.
The vehicle was driven by a 20-year-old Bismarck female.
This happened at the intersection of Schafer Street and Edwards Avenue on the campus of Bismarck State College.
One of the pedestrians hit was taken away on a stretcher, although police say there were no serious injuries.
Students and staff gathered outside to watch the commotion, and one student weighed in on hearing that someone was hit while crossing the street.
"I was really scared especially since I just got back from lunch 15 minutes ago, and that could have been me, like easily." says Mikayla Meidinger, Sophomore BSC.
The driver was not given a citation by police, but the report was sent to the city attorney for possible charges.
