19-year-old Female Remains Hospitalized with Internal Bleeding Injuries
A day after two females were struck by a vehicle on their college campus, the mom of one of the victim's says her 19-year-old daughter is still in the hospital with a ruptured spleen and internal bleeding, and will remain hospitalized for the next four days.
Two 19-year-old females were struck while crossing the street on the campus of Bismarck State College yesterday afternoon.
According to the same mother... The other female was treated and released.
This accident reminds students and staff the importance of paying attention on the roads -- driving or walking.
The city attorney has not filed any charges against the driver so far.
