A 19-year-old homeless man is charged in connection to several vandalism cases involving a pellet gun.
Bismarck police were called to the 300 block of North 23rd Street Friday morning.
An employee of Skeels Electric reported hearing the sound of a pellet gun firing.
Police eventually located Isaiah Boone.
Boone threw a pellet gun from his waist and got away on foot.
Police used video surveillance from another local business to get a photo of Boone.
They took the photo to New Horizons Homeless Shelter were he was identified.
Boone was found and arrested in the Kirkwood Mall parking lot Sunday.
He faces misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed firearm, fleeing from an officer on foot and inhalation of vapors.
