Fargo Man Leads Bismarck Police on Slow Speed Chase

A Fargo man leads seven police officers on a chase starting near Hardees on State Street and going all the way to West Main close to the Bank of North Dakota.

Police say they received a call about a possible fight or domestic abuse in progress and when they arrived at the scene the car took off.

After the man wouldn't pull over more police were called in.

At one point a cop car blocked the man's lane to get him to stop and he ended up driving around the barricade.

More than seven police cars finally got the man to stop near the Bank of North Dakota.

An ambulance was called in and the woman in the vehicle was taken to the hospital.

The man driving was arrested for felonious restraint, domestic violence, driving with a suspended license, fleeing from a police officer and escape.
