The trial for the man accused of arson in the Dickinson Trinity High School fire has been delayed.A new judge was assigned to the trial.
So the trial date will change to fit his schedule.The trial for Thomas Sander, who was principal at Trinity High School, was originally set for July 16th.
The state's attorney assigned to the case says both sides could use the extra time to prepare.
Southwest District Judge William Herauf will now hear the case.
Sander's attorney requested a new judge earlier this week.
Judge Dann Greenwood was originally assigned the case.
