The court hearing for a Bismarck man charged with murder in the death of his mother has been delayed. Christopher Vick was scheduled to appear in South Central District Court this afternoon. His preliminary hearing was moved to June 12. The case is being heard by judge Bruce Romanick. Vick was charged in December with the murder of his mother. He pled guilty to attempted murder in August of last year for an attack on his brother's girlfriend. He is currently serving a prison sentence for that crime. Police reports show both incidents took place on the same day in May of 2013.
