Student Spotlight --- Rolla

Posted: Updated:

She wants to become a pharmacist somewhere in North Dakota.

Let's meet Jacie Boe, the valedictorian at Rolla High School in tonight's Student Spotlight.

(Jacie Boe, Rolla Senior) "I really had to work hard myself and I had a lot of good teachers to help me along the way. I had a lot of food mentors to push me to do what I wanted to do to make sure I made it all the way. I love Spanish, I've taken Spanish since I was a freshman and Mrs. Pearson is our Spanish teacher and I've really enjoyed taking her class every year. FCCLA has been a big part of my high school career, a huge part. My advisor is Mrs. Weidrich and I've learned so many numerous skills like public speaking, creativity, writing speeches, competing against others. It's just been to prepare me for college. I plan on attending NDSU next fall and plan to major in pre-pharmacy and hopefully I'll get a job in North Dakota after I'm done with the program."

Congratulations to Jacie and these honor graduates at Rolla High School.

There are a total of 23 seniors graduating from Rolla this year.
