BEIJING, May 5, 2014 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Launched by the China Fruit Brand Promotion Association and China Fruits Corporation (OTC: CHFR) ("China Fruits" or "the Company"), the final competition and award ceremony of Taina® First Nationwide Fruit-themed beauty contest took place at the China National Convention Center (CNCC). After one and half months of preliminary competitions, ten beauties stood out through online mass-selection and semifinal and final presentations, and became ten fruit ambassadors. Yizhuo Wang, Bo Yang, and Ting Li were awarded Top Three.
This beauty contest was initially inspired by Chiquita Brands' Miss Chiquita, aiming to combine beauty and fruit culture. Through demonstrating the unique charm of Chinese women, it intends to facilitate healthy development of fruit industry and to lead new fashion of LOHAS (Lifestyles of happiness and sustainability).
