MSU Nurses

Posted: Updated:

MSU graduation is almost here, but before commencement begins, those in the nursing program are showing off their final projects in honor of National Nurses Week.

Sophomores through Seniors presented either a lecture to their peers, or showcased their specialty of knowledge in the medical field through poster boards.

This opportunity allows students to learn from each other, and feel good about what they've accomplished.

(Nikki Medalen, Assistant Professor of Nursing) "The thing that we want students to realize about research is that it's very validating of their practice. Whether they are reading research or actually doing research that when they use a evidence-based practice that they are making the best decisions for their patients. "

MSU Nursing Students have been doing this for over 20 years. To see some of their displays you can visit Trinity Hospitals Skyway.
