Minot Airport Boardings Up Again in April

Nearly 18-thousand people boarding flights in Minot this past April, an increase over a year ago by almost 6 percent.

In 2013, 16,894 people boarded flights in Minot compared to 17,875 this year.

Through April at Minot International Airport, 72,527 have boarded flights.  That is a 2.17 percent increase over the same time period in 2013.

Williston also saw a large increase with more than two thousand more passengers this April compared to last.

Through the first quarter of the year, boardings in Williston are up nearly 30 percent over last year.

Bismarck saw declining numbers for April of 2014, down almost five percent.  Dickinson was up 221 percent.  42-hundred people boarded flights in Dickinson this April compared to just 13-hundred last April.
