Minot's 'Tough Enough to Wear Pink' campaign got a big financial boost yesterday...and there is more to come!
The Poor Farm in Minot brought in Sawyer Brown just a few days ago for a fundraising concert that drew in more than 15-hundred fans...and when the bills were paid off, a nice sum of money was left over...
(Dave Iverson - Poor Farm) "And at this time I would like to donate this check for 65-hundred dollars to the 'Tough Enough to Wear Pink' campaign."
That was Dave Iverson with the Poor Farm...
He made the donation at Magic City Harley Davidson in front of a customized ride that will also help to raise funds for the cause.
The owners of Magic City Harley Davidson have donated this 2014 bike to be raffled off.
Tickets are 20 bucks a piece.
It's a chance to win a customized Harley...with a personal touch to it as well!
(Connie Sundby - Magic City Harley Davidson) "The tank has been signed by Willie G Davidson of Harley Davidson. I got a hold of him and asked him if he would be willing to sign the tank for us for a raffle and he did it and sent it back and our mechanics but it back on the bike."
That bike will be raffled off this October during the Ys Men's Rodeo at the State Fair Center in Minot.
