Spokane Woman Charged with 'AA' Felony after Drug Arrest in Dickinson

Posted:

A 29-year-old Spokane woman is charged with a 'AA' felony for delivery of meth within one thousand feet of a school.

A complaint filed in Stark County says Jacqueline Williamson sold around fifteen grams of meth to a confidential informant for $2,000 near Lincoln Elementary in Dickinson.

She also faces two misdemeanor charges for carrying a concealed firearm and tampering with physical evidence.

Williamson was carrying a loaded .22 handgun at the time.

While she was being booked into the Southwest Correction Center she tried to flush the money from the sale down the toilet.

An officer was able to retrieve the money.

Williamson is held on $15,000 cash bond.
