Poll Workers Training

Posted: Updated:

About 500 ballots were cast in Ward County during early and absentee voting.

Auditor Devra Smestad says the number is significantly lower than years past --- a trend she says her colleagues around the state are also reporting.

Today, volunteers that will be working the voting polls attended a training session today for proper voting procedures and use of the ballot scanners.

Election Day is Tuesday, June 10 --- polls will be open from 7-7.
