Posted: Updated:
From Macy Egeland, KX News:

Bismarck police say a 28-year-old Bismarck man is under-investigation after someone overheard him talking about killing the President of the United States.

A supervisor at Community Action Program called police saying they heard an employee mention he was going to drive to Cannonball, ND on Friday and shoot President Obama during his visit to the Stand Rock Reservation.

Bismarck Police say they spoke with the man and he denies the threats.

The Secret Service has been notified and they are investigating the case.
