Mandan Student Who Allegedly Brought Gun to School Pleads Not Guilty

The Mandan High student who allegedly brought a gun to school and sent it into lock down pleas not guilty.

18-year-old Todd Miller waived his preliminary hearing this afternoon.

He is charged with accomplice to terrorizing, a class C felony, accomplice to reckless endangerment, carrying a concealed weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The maximum sentence for his charges is 5 years and a $10,000 fine.

His next court date is set for September 16th.
