Police Seeking High Risk Sex Offender

The Minot Police Department is working to locate a high risk sex offender known to be in Minot.

Authorities recieved information that 48-year-old Robert Thomas Baca was seen in the Minot area.

Baca is described as 5'7", weighing 180 pounds.

He has short red hair, hazel eyes, and a tattoo of a green four-leaf clover on his left hand.

Baca has an active arrest warrant out of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.

Baca is a high risk sex offender and has not registered with local authorities.

He has used a debit card at several Minot businesses over the past 2 day.

Anyone with information on Baca's whereabouts is asked to call the Minot Police Department.
