Minot Man Charged With Aggravated Assault

A Minot man is charged with aggravated assault after an incident in southeast Minot Thursday night.

Police report 46-year-old Timothy Lucas went to the home of a 57-year-old man to retrieve personal property when the two got into an argument.

The police report indicates Lucas assaulted the woman, knocking him unconscious, and leaving the home.

Lucas was arrested by Ward County deputies a short time later in Sawyer and is facing a Class-C Felony charge of aggravated assault.
