Mandan Police say a 26-year-old Christopher Timm took them on a high speed chase around midnight Saturday.
Police say the man was traveling up to 50 miles per hour through town at some points before he drove off a bank into a gully near the El Rancho trailer park.
They say the man was driving a stolen vehicle and was intoxicated. He was taken to jail with minor injuries.
Timm is charged with three class 'C' felonies including theft of property, reckless endangerment and fleeing a police officer.
Timm is held on $2000 cash bond.
