She was greeted on the landing strip by life-long friends, family members, and her favorite pets.

Hanson was placed on a waiting list over a year ago, but today she said she feels better than ever.

(Bree Hanson, Heart Transplant Recipient "I want to go back to doing even I have been doing and more obviously. Before I was riding four-wheeler, shooting guns with my boyfriend and my dad, and just doing regular North Dakota stuff. Going camping, fishing, going swimming in the lakes."

We will have Bree's full story tomorrow at 10.
