American Truck and Trailer has been in operation for less than two years...and already they have moved to a new -- bigger -- location.

Lance Racine is one of three owners who combined have more than 50 years experience in the business.

They started American Truck and Trailer and are now ready to expand it.

This move allows that.  You'll now find them at 5150 Highway 2 East.

They had been located south of Minot prior to this move at the start of June.

(Lance Racine, Owner) "We have been looking for a spot for the last year and a half and then this came available."

So they jumped at it.

American Truck and Trailer has 6 employees now, with plans to grow that number as they expand.

Now though, it's very busy servicing an ever growing fleet of trucks on the road in the region.

(Lance Racine, Owner) "We do snow plow repair, but service bodies on, tarp repair and replacement."

Racine says they plan to start doing more trailer sales and the adjacent lot they now own will allow them to bring in more stock than ever before.
