Dickinson Police Department Reports Man at Large

The Dickinson Police Department reports multiple shots fired this morning.
At 3:12 AM this morning officers responded to Heather's Villa Trailer Park in Dickinson.
A 9-1-1 caller had reported gunfire in the area.
Police say multiple shots had been fired during a botched robbery of a camper with four people inside.
According to police, the armed robbery suspect demanded money and drugs.
After an altercation with the residents, the suspect fired a number of rounds into the camper.
A 41 year old male in the camper sustained a non-life threatening gunshot wound to a lower extremity.
The adult male suspect fled the area on foot.
Dickinson Police detained one suspect who was later questioned and released.
The 41 year old gunshot victim was transported to St. Joseph's Hospital  where he was treated and released.
The investigation is ongoing.. Police were on-scene searching for the gun and other evidence.
They wouldn't say if they had any other suspects, but the Police Department says the general public is not in immediate danger.
