Webinar to share tips, techniques, and technologies of an APT-aware and threat-aware modern risk management program.

Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) July 01, 2014

Modulo, a leading provider of Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) announced it will kick-off the month of July with a live webinar, presented by leading security industry experts Steve Hunt of Hunt Business Intelligence and Vice Wheatman of Security Current, exploring the thought-provoking topic of GRC for advanced threats.

What: Optimizing Governance and Risk Management in an Age of Advanced Threats

Why: Now that we are all painfully aware that advanced threats truly are persistent and commonly deeply embedded in our infrastructures and those of our 3rd-party suppliers, how shall security managers and executives prepare? In this webinar, two award-winning industry analysts will discuss tips, techniques, and technologies for modern risk management. Rather than focusing on the details of advanced persistent threats (APTs) and threat protections, they will discuss the people, process, policy and governance of an APT-aware and threat-aware risk management program. In this webinar they will discuss:

  •     How to align governance and policies to risk management objectives
  •     How to prepare for and manage risk in an age of advanced threats
  •     How companies today are managing risk in light of the ever-changing threat landscape
