Bismarck Police Seek Suspect after Woman Injured in Hit and Run

Bismarck police are looking for a suspect that injured a Bismarck woman in a hit and run at North Walmart Tuesday night.

Take a look at these photos.

A 56-year-old woman was pushing her cart across the crosswalk when she was hit by this maroon Ford F250 pickup.

The woman was hit by the front center of the truck, knocking her to the ground.

She was taken to St. A's for treatment but her condition is unknown.

The truck had a Camel cigarette license plate of SMOOTH1. Police say the plate is fake.

The driver of the truck is described as a white male in his mid 20's, wearing a black baseball cap with possible facial hair.

Police located the truck in the area of 19th and Century but the driver fled eastbound on Century at a high rate of speed and police did not pursue.

If you have any information on the driver call Bismarck police at 223-1212.

You can report anonymously at 224-TIPS.
