Below is the Amber Alert report sent from the Bismarck Police Department minutes ago:

On July 2, 2014 at 9:00 p.m., Jayvani WhiteEagle is believed to have been abducted, or is otherwise endangered.

Jayvani is described as a Native American FEMALE and is Three years old. She has Long Black hair, Brown eyes, and weighs approximately 35 lbs. Jayvani was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, pink undershirt, wrangler blue jeans and silver sketcher shoes with abow tiee on top  and was last seen at King Coin Laundromat, 2125 East Thayer Avenue,   in Bismarck.   Jayvani may be with Jacqueline WhiteEagle and Curtis Olson Jr. who may be driving a Black 2000 Toyota Tundra Pickup Truck with heavy front end damage, ND License JVC223.

Jacqueline WhiteEagle is described as a Native American  FEMALE with Long Black  hair, Brown eyes, and approximately 24 years of age.

Jacqueline’s Date of Birth is December 29, 1989.

Curtis Olson Jr. is described as a Native American Male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 200 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes, possible shaved head, a brow piercing, pierced left ear and facial hair. Curtis Olson’s Date of Birth is February 27, 1986.

Additional Information: Curtis Olson Jr. is possibly driving the Toyota Pickup for Jacqueline WhiteEagle, both individuals are from Parshall, NDJacqueline is Jayvani’s biological mother but does not have custody of the child.
