Man Wanted in Dickinson Shooting Arrested in Montana

Posted: Updated:

A 37-year-old man wanted by Dickinson police for his role in a June shooting is arrested.

Patrick Lohan was taken into custody in Hardin, Montana last night around 9pm.

Dickinson police say Lohan was located on a farm just outside of Hardin and was arrested without incident.

Lohan is charged in Stark County with robbery--a class 'A' felony.

An affidavit states Lohan approached a camper in Huether's Villa Trailer Court June 20th.

He was allegedly carrying a short-barreled shotgun when he knocked on a door and demanded money from the occupants.

He fired four shots, hitting one of the residents in the leg.

Lohan is currently being held in the Big Horn County Jail pending extradition to Stark County.
