Bismarck Man Charged With Dealing Heroin

A 55-year-old Bismarck man is charged with taking and dealing heroin.

Bismarck police stopped Donald Duchaine on East Expressway just before 1 p.m. yesterday.

When officers searched his vehicle they found nine pieces of heroin and syringes.

Duchaine was arrested and has been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and ingesting a controlled substance.

The most severe crime, possession of heroin with intent to deliver is a Class A Felony.
