David Carsten was a weather kid for us a few months ago, and now he's back to report with Emily Medalen on a look at the North Dakota State fair through the eyes of a sixth grade boy.
(David Carsten) "Hi, I'm David Carsten, and this is my experience for the 2014 North Dakota State Fair. And first off, I'm hungry right now.
I think anyone who should come to the state fair in North Dakota, in Minot, should definitely get a footlong corndog. Or at least a corndog.
I still got one!
Which one do you want? Pick it out.
Any one from this side? Bob Marley banana. Yeah, man.
We got a big winner winner winner winner! Big winner! There you go, bud.
What's in it? I don't know. Can it go back in? That actually scared me. I was like "whoa!"
Okay, well that's pretty cool. But, let's go hit some rides up.
How was it?
That was awesome!
Alright, so tell me how your day has been so far.
Pretty fun, actually. I got to eat a corndog, I got to look at some cool swords and stuff, and I got to ride a ride!
I'm David Carsten from KX News, and this was my 2014 North Dakota State Fair experience."
