Authorities arrested a Minot man on his 4th DUI charged this weekend.
A Minot police officer stopped 40-year-old Michael Stowe for a driving violation early Sunday morning.
It was discovered during the stop that Stowe's driver's license was suspended in Minnesota and he had an active warrant in Steel County.
A DUI investigation revealed Stowe had been drinking.
Stowe was arrested for his 4th DUI offense and his 4th offense of Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test--both C Felonies.
Stowe was taken to the Ward County Jail.
