A summer of Arts in the Park is coming to an end with a special night tomorrow in Minot.
The final Arts in the Park event will be held in Oak Park, rather than the Heritage Park where other events have been held.
The location is changing to allow merging the event with Visit Minot's Movie in the Park to share a 50's themed event.
There have been 26 concerts held throughout the summer featuring many different types of music, art and food.
Terri Aldrich heads the group that plans and hosts the events where everyone is encouraged to dress the part.
There's a night full of hot rods, dancing, and food planned with a flick to finish it off.
(Terri Aldrich, Executive Director, Minot Area Council of the Arts) "We're going to do the 'At the Hop' concert and then segway into the Movie in the Park, which is 'Grease'. And that is just going to be a lot of fun so people can plan to just enjoy them selves in the park. And come in costume and maybe win a prize for a costume."
Aldrich encourages everyone to bring chairs, blankets and bug spray to the band shell in Oak Park.
And if you aren't an early bird, don't worry, there will be additional parking across the street.
