Affinity Global Solutions Opens Technology Center in Bismarck

Posted: Updated:

A new building brings a modern style to Bismarck while being environmentally conscious.

On Friday, Affinity Global Solutions held the grand opening of its Levinson Technology and Business Center.

The Center is owned and operated by Trish and Brent Levinson.

It will provide state governments including North Dakota with software budgeting services.

Affinity already does business in 5 other states.

This company of only 16 employees often competes with other much larger companies but Trish Levinson says their small size gives them a competitive edge.

"It's because we're small, we pay attention to customer service.  There is no large help desk that you got to put in a ticket and wait for someone to call you back.  We jump on any issues immediately and we strive on the best customer service." says Trish Levinson

The 23,000 square foot building was designed with energy efficiency and sustainability in mind.

LED lights change brightness and each individual office has its separate climate system.

A glass elevator connects both of the levels.

Owner Brent Levinson had a big hand in the design of the building.

He says he wanted to build something that stands out from the rest.

"When I designed it, I specifically tried to do something different than what everybody else had done.  North Dakota is a growing economy, we are growing so fast sometimes it's easy to loose sight of creativity and design." says Brent Levinson

In addition to housing the AGS offices, the building will have space for two other business.
