Amber Evans and Dave Murray Join Oregon's Favorite Courtyard
PORTLAND, Ore., Aug. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Courtyard Portland City Center hotel is excited to announce two new experienced leaders in its general manager and director of sales and marketing positions. The "Rose City" hotel is known for its urban appeal, modern design and remodeled meeting space, Urban550, giving it the nickname of "My Favorite Courtyard".
Amber Evans joins as director of sales and marketing and will drive sales efforts and strategy to increase room night sales as well as meetings and events at the Courtyard. She comes from Hotel Modera in Portland and Larkspur Hotels and Restaurants in San Francisco, where responsibilities included managing the hotel sales team, controlling the annual budget and keeping an eye on marketing trends.
