Three men are behind bars after an altercation at a soccer game this weekend.

Police were called to the Cottonwood soccer fields in South Bismarck about 4 brothers who were threatening other people.

Police say Ali, Omar, and Abedalfattah Mutleq, along with their younger brother, got into an argument with the opposing team.

Three victims told police the brothers were chasing them with a hammer and shears and threatening to kill them.

According to court documents, the Mutleq brothers told police they were using the tools to protect themselves from the other men.

Police say no one was injured and the 3 oldest Mutleq brothers are charged with Terrorizing, a class C felony.

Their bond has been set at $5,000 cash.

The youngest brother was sent to the Youth Correctional Center outside of Mandan.
