You need to tap into your emotions, you need to connect with your feelings, you need to make sure that your body is getting the workout it needs and the nurturing it wants. Do a whole series of good things for yourself on the 1st. Then again on the 2nd. See? It doesn't even take that much time. And you feel so much better after a swim or a massage and a home-cooked meal. Your head is clearer and your work is just plain better.
