Gosh, everyone is worrying about a few strip clubs that are harmingh no one in reality. The leaders and do-gooders should take a ride along broadway to risques adult novelty shop; which is a host to many married men who are looking to have oral sex with other men. Some of the leaders and do-gooders just may find some of their husbands, boyfriends, and town leaders with their pants down getting what is not at home. Reply...

Opinionated and Shoppegirl - both of you are two of a kind. Both of you feel that you can post your comments and everyone better go along with your opinions. I don't like being intimidated. I don't attack SG, if you read her posts she also "Attacks" me after I post. In many ways Op...you are far more venomous than SG is. We get to see a window into your soul on this forum and its an ugly view. Reply...
Opinionated, you always have such nice things to say, I want to be like you when I grow up.. Reply...
is being positive what you were doing when you started the post on cindy mccain, or the daily assaults on Shoppe, who can outthink you any day of the week, paint fumes or not Reply...

blmcar I totally agree. Any candidate that has suggested REAL change has been outed. I do believe that the media has had a huge impact on this election. I have listened to people cry for the last eight years about the present administration and how great it will be when the Clintons get it back. Who knew that the same people preaching her their virtues would cut and run on her. They did it because they did not like being controlled by them. Obama stands for nothing, (I mean change)... He is the medias talking head, the people who were in love with John Kennedy, the people who like someone else to pay their bills, the illigals who have invaded this country and the Moderates who cannot think for themselves will get him for their President. He may be the countrys president but since my family and I do not even rely on the government for health care, social security or handouts he will be of no use to me, Period. I will just be able to see what he plans to change and if any comes to fruition in his 4 years.... Reply...
I thought it would tickle your fancy to know that they are predicting by the year 2050 White people will be a minority then we can take over the ACLU and take over afirmitive action and whine and cry about racism. I personally cant wait! Should be fun ha ha Reply...
Sorry , I shouldn't have copied WW with B H O's whole name. anyway Mr. O is fine with me......
It probably doesn't matter much who gets in, even with Bush, there is so much "conservative" he could have did, but didn't... Also Mr. O will get in, and I don't believe he will c hange anything except maybe the most important things, SUPREME COURT JUSTICES. I think when he is in, many older libs will just "retire".
Did you watch the Lunar Eclipse tonight? wow, it was amazing.... shoppegirl Reply...
WW - I don't buy it, but then it is my right not to believe everything that I read. Reply...
Ranch. I think SG was reflecting to my decision to write out the entire name. Which will be the first and last time I do so.
The reason I did so was to punctuate my surprise that a person with his name and his ethnicity is on the edge of winning his party's nomination and is the current front runner to capture the White House.
And again, putting aside his political beliefs (regardless if he were a democrat or a republican) his place in history, if he wins, to me will be a marvelous comment on the growth of this country.
To be sure, there are still problems. And his election will not end those social ills. However, his election will be a double-edged sword. Rightly or wrongly, some claims are going to be more difficult to make once he becomes president.
Reply...
SG - Your point is made again writing out Senator Barack's full name. Rush points that out everday with glee doesn't he? Reply...
SG. I said leaving out the politics. If it were Colin Powell, as a republican, regardless of politics, (I think) it would be a monumentous time in our history....as a nation. Reply...
Ranch, I am embarrased to say I agree with you, I would like to have my tone more like WW. :) So kewl, calm, and collected.
Ww, I am amazed that you remember a year ago when I first argued with you.. fantastic, and lets admit, it has been fun ever since.
READ MY LIPS, I AM NOT BRING RACE INTO THIS, JUST ISSUES. I don't care that barack is half black. Issues , issues, and more issues. And as Ww mentioned, supreme court judges.
Yes, get used to PRESIDENT BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA... We will let him have his turn, since WW seems to think that America is a better place if we let a half black far left lib be in charge for 8 years. So be it, I won't have to like it . But I won't be calling him Hitler either.
Lets see where this Larry Sinclair thing ends up, I won't decide till all facts are in, But if it is true, it will be just like getting another BILL CLINTON in the white house... a very sad day.....IF.. Reply...
"Mitt just mentioned that he would round up the illegals and he was gooooonnne...."
I disagree. This position helped him because this is what the vast majority of what America wants. The reason that McCain is the nominee is because he was promoted by the biased liberal media. The biased liberal media was promoting the two liberals (Huckabee and McCain) in order to take votes away from Romney in order to defeat him. Democrats and Independants (Democrats who are too ashamed to admit that they are Democrats) crossed over, voted in the Republican primary and defeated Romney. Had Huckabee bowed out, Romney would have been the nomonee.
Like the last four presidential elections, we will have two liberals running. The election is a win-win scenario for liberals and a lose-lose scenario for conservatives.

Opinion.....if you were talking to me.
Yes. I have thought of all of those things. I like to think I make considered decisions.
You and I have fundamental disagreements. One of them seems to be that this is an historic vote.
Setting aside the issues for a second.....I think (my opinion) this is an important year that will have resounding symbolic significance regardless (but especially) if Obama wins.
And if it happens......rightly or wrongly....there are a bunch of arguments that persons of color are going to find harder to make regarding this "racist country" (not my words). Just this alone.......the minimizing of this nay-saying about the opportunities of what a black man or woman can achieve, to me, is huge. It may signify a decrease in the politics of excuse. Maybe......maybe not. We shall see.
I must say. I am surprised by it myself. Again, setting aside what the man believes in for a second, that a black man named Barack Hussein Obama can be the FAVORITE to win the election in November 2008 reflects positively upon this country......And again, maybe, we have turned more of a corner more than most of us (perhaps you are not surprised at all) had previously supposed.
