MMM.....Great!  One of the things that really gets me about this country is this!!!   We can bomb the hell out of a country, killing innocent people but when it comes to pulling the plug on some A - - H - - - like this, there are people out there that will come to his defense even though a jury has condemned him.  Then the sob gets about 10 years of APPEALS!  HELLO!  What happend to that young girls appeals?  The only one that heard her appeals is the sob that is in jail getting three hots and a cot.  Then there are the bleeding hearts that say:  OMG what if we put an innocent man to death!  HOW MANY OF OUR INNOCENT MEN AND WOMEN DIE IN WARS SO THIS SOB CAN LIVE?  Besides, if he is innocent he will just meet JC a little sooner, thats all.  Sneaky, in a way I wish you wouldn't of had brought this subject up because it makes me want to reach out and touch somebody, preferably with a 444 between his eyes.  Then there are the ones that say:  we should FORGIVE him.  Forgive this worthless piece of garbage, this garbage that kills and rapes?  I must be on the wrong planet. That poor sob!   He fell and hurt his wrist, OMG!  This scum, comes to North Dakota, rapes and kills, and some idiots have decided he should SUE! and help him!  Sounds to me like there is some bottom feeder  out there that is really hungry to make sure this killer gets his rights!  While our young men/women are getting killed in the military fighting for our freedom, this piece of garbage gets meals, housing, medical care, legal support, compliments of you and I.  Thank You Uncle Sap!  Solution:  One bullet.  Reply...

He is working the system, even if he loses he enjoyed the few minutes of being on the outside going to court.

My thoughts exactly.  Why do we cater to these human pieces of poo?  Talk about frivolous lawsuits...........Geez Louise.  Waste of time and money - my money - your money - every tax paying citizen of North Dakota is paying for this B.S. - this really ticks me off................ Reply...

Yes it's nothing but a revolving door for alot of felons. Sowell has been a busy little man in a short period of time. Me thinks he's crazy and will never get out again. Let's see...does Ohio have the death penalty? Reply...

So, we agree that it is nothing more than a revolving door - with murderers and rapists and pedophiles freely walking among us.  How about the latest news about the released rapist in Ohio?  Six bodies found in his home.

Sowell was released from prison in June 2005 after being convicted of rape in 1989.

I truly believe that it is time (waaaay past time), to hold parole boards, judges and even the state that these people are released from, ACCOUNTABLE for the actions of the released, convicted criminals - enough is enough.  6 people dead since this creep got out in 2005 - needless deaths.

I know someone who sued a state on the west coast for something that happened to them, due to the release of a very dangerous person - they won...............they won millions.  But, the millions can never, ever restore what was lost to this person.  Point is, it should never have happened, because the person who committed the violent acts, had been in and out of the criminal justice system since he was a child.  I feel that the parole boards and judges have just as much blood on their hands for releasing these animals, as the criminal themselves, shoot these animals and get it over with and protect the rest of us.

The term 'model inmate' is such a joke and we used to laugh at that. Of course they're model inmates. They don't have much choice when they're locked up and their every move is watched and noted. It's easy to be good when you don't have a choice. So then the 'model inmate' gets out because he fooled the parole board, he goes right back to doing what got him locked up in the first place. He gets busted again and becomes a 'model inmate' again. It's one huge joke and a revolving door. Reply...

Right on SCAT!  But of course we have these bleeding hearts that say, "What if he is innocent?"  Well, he just meets Jesus a little sooner that's all, or maybe the guy with the red suit!  Bottom line all of us will cash in our chips sooner or later, but with this scum it should be sooner. If only "life without parole" actually meant "life without parole".  A sentence like that has become a joke.  If an inmate keeps their nose clean, says all the right things and does all the right things, it seems that some parole boards just can't wait to let them out to walk our streets again.  I think a bullet would be much cheaper in the long run, plus then you're giving business to the executioner, the mortician and the grave digger. Two points:
1. Is life without the possibility of parole more or less desirable than death?

2. You speak of the cost of keeping someone in prison..but the prison buys produce from local farms, and markets. They hire local people. They pump money into the local economy...so it's money well spent..eh?

The former Barnes County jailer was convicted last year of killing Valley City State University student Mindy Morgenstern.

They said that someone else's hair and DNA was on the knife used to kill her and that is why they appealed. Sounds like nothing happened with the other DNA. Reply...

Doesn't he have like umpteen billion rape cases still pending from when he worked as a jailer in Cass County? Reply...
