We still can hang someone in the park if we choose to.  This is still a free nation, and we are free to protect what is ours as a community.

Our State and US Government would not send an entire community to jail for any act of vigilantism. If they did we could act like a well organized group of vigilantists.  Is just as fair as any court of law i have been to.

The only problem I see is if that person happened to be innocent,  they say we need to have this fair trial in a court of law, after we are convicted by our great inept local journalism .

I doubt the city would care if we all chose one day to hang laundry in the park.   But we have lots better to do than hang laundry in this country.

Kick ↑ up america before this country is not yours anymore.  Hang w/ever you want on your front porch.  Try Santa Clause.  So far just the idea of christmas cost us a lot of money to keep worshiping this Snow Satan.

....and the hippies used to "let it all hang out".

Most of those are running our government today..............they should be the ones to be hung out to dry.

I used to hate it when I had to hang out clothes as a child.  Especially in the winter.  They would have to freeze dry.  Bring them in and they stood up by themselves.

I usually just put most everything in the dryer for a few min until the fabric gets hot enough to lose the wrinkles and then hang them up to dry on hangers.  It works well for me.  The only thing I dry all the way is our undies.  Even our sheets I through in for a little bit and hang them up to dry.  I use a rack I have in my laundry room.  Works well for me.  Our clothes don't shrink as bad and dry without wrinkles for the most part and I do not have to pay a very big bill.  (I have a gas dryer so that works pretty good)

Curls, I have a dryer that operates at 1958 energy levels, when I press start the lights in the neighbor hood dim and the generators at the Garisson Dam groan in agony and i get smacked by a 10,000 wat  jolt  via the postal service every month in the form of a Bill.  It got so bad i let my clothes drip dry. They maybe don't have laundry.  Maybe they just get new everyday.  That way they don't waste electricity drying them:) Reply...

Well, with any luck we will be at our house in Az tomorrow.  I am so glad.  It has been a long trip.  We left one week ago tomorrow and have will have put about 2400 miles on the car.

Today, we went through Carlsbad Caverns.  It really was neat.  I think everyone should go if they get close to it.  I walked through most of it.  My husband took the handcapped trail and made it okay.  I walked the entire great room trail and I walked the 7500 feet that takes you into mouth of the cave.  It is almost straight down.  It really gives you a idea of how huge the cave is and how far down it goes.  Anyone else been there?

Theresa, I hope your surgery goes well.  I have a sinus problem.  I sometimes wonder if it is allergy induced or something else.  By the way, I told my hubby you got hearing aids from the VA.  How did you go about getting them?  He needas them but we don't have the 7000 at least to pay for them.  Are yours the digital ones?

WEll, gonna watch tv and hit the hay early.  We want an early start tomorrow.

Later Ladies and to all a good night.

Theresa... No black or white Friday for me.  Never have, never will.

Lets talk NY.   I lived  in Bayshore and Brentwood Long Island for 3 yrs.  Love NYC... it was loads of fun taking the long island expressway into the City.   Young enough to get in trouble.. :)     And to have a ball.

Never went to the Macys day Parade, but did shoppe in Macys alot.

The Turkey fryer story is great, I am still laughing. I have known a few people in my life that have tried to fry a turkey in the garage. One person did not have a pulley system set up to take the turkey out of the hot oil. I think they had to call the fire department because they started a fire.

KX viewer, I also don’t travel, that is why I started this thread. We are five lonely people here in Minot. My family is in New York, my spouse his family is in Texas.

I used to go to the Macy’s day parade every year. The train ride into the city was always so much fun, even though it was only 20 minutes. The best was the hot Chocolate and hot chestnuts from the street venders. I always remember the Snoopy float; it is always a staple of the parade. Then we would go home, Care I know what you are talking about with a mother with a hangover. Maybe we should start an ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) thread for the holidays.

Thanksgiving was always a fun time.

Who is going shopping on Black Friday? Who has a good story there, I have a ton.  I was talking to someone the other day, how in 1987 I stood in a line for 13 hours just for a chance to get a Cabbage Patch Kid. Only people with tickets were allowed to go into the parking lot to stand and weight for a helicopter to drop 300 cabbage patch kids. There had to be 500 people, I jumped over someone to get one then I tackled it and held it like a football close to my body. The funny thing is I did not even have any girls, it was for me.

Hi everyone how are you today? I am good, thanks for asking, I also am having surgery in December.  For anyone in Minot that is reading this that has ear or sinus problems there is a new doctor at ENT at Trinity, he is marvelous. After years of pain he is doing sinus surgery on me.

Curly that is a scary story with the cow poop on the car; do you know what I do all the time now? I carry my cell phone right next me and take photos of trucks and cars that are breaking the law, you should have called that truck in, that is not suppose to happen.  My prayers are with you and your husband every day.

KO you are nice not to take advantage of what is yours, do your kids with him have military benefits? When I was a First Sergeant, I was always on men to own to their responsibilities. Like your friend with the child of a military man, that child is entitled to a life time of benefits. Enough about that I was getting worked up sorry.

Marilyn if you are reading this I am sorry if I made you mad. This room is a separate forum; we all just dump our stuff.  Marilyn how about that bus accident in MN, and the today show had this story about boys hurting people for a YouTube moment.

Care do you have a map application on your phone? I do, I have a map of anywhere, and too bad I never go anywhere.  Keep the Shelbeast up with her school, make sure she knows she has to be smart in her life, and not have to depend on any man to take care of her. I tell my daughter that every day; she needs to focus on college and not her looser boyfriend. I tell her knowing how to play “Call of Duty” video game will mean nothing when in 10 years. She makes me so mad; don’t get me started on that one.

Shoppe, I love you so this is for you...

Hay how come we don't have a McDonalds in Walmart?

I like the Eggnog shakes.

See you later, Theresa

I don't believe we evolved directly from apes either, but like the animals in the dog family; wolves, coyotes, foxes, we, as animals in the ape family, all evolved from a common source into what we all are today.  Just like the wolves, coyotes, foxes and domestic dogs all evolved from a common source thousands of years ago.  Well, the domestic dogs probably did evolve directly from wolves, but you get what I mean. That is incorrect. Jesus was not a liberal. He was a conservative. It is impossible to be both a liberal and a Christian because every liberal value is the exact oposite of the Bible and the Ten Commandments. That is why Democrats only go to church for photo ops. Reply...

I was watching a PBS documentary, which is interesting according to historical theologians , the neanderthal ate uncooked meat as all animals.  All animals are born with insticnt to survive.  Same with the neaderthal the infant child was born with instinct and did not need mom and dad for the length of time children need them now.  Lots to learn in todays world.

Upon the discovery of fire and cooked meat did he start having children that needed years to learn survival.  The human brain was starting to grow larger and to accomidate a larger skull was needed and this has to be done outside the woom.

I dont believe we evolved from apes, if we were we would all be human and apes would not exist.  Like the chicken and the dinasour in which they now link the dinosour gene to birds.  I think it could have been with the things we learned, like cooking the meat before consumption.  We learned or died.  We were not equiped to manually bring down a beast , we had to learn to run down the weakest as wolves, it was an endurance contest and we had to learn to run upright in teams to bring supper down, or you ate berries.

Anyway is off subject now but we all have a trigger in us and once it touches your backbone, the things they ate on survival dont seem so bad.
