Reality check, or should I say "keep your thoughts to yourself" why don't you use the same name when you post? You posted damn near the same response on the other blog about this subject. People would take you a little more seriously if you would use just one posting name. BUT as I said in the other blog. FRY HIM!! One year is nowhere near enough time for a CONVICTED DRUG DEALER! He has been convicted, I DON'T HAVE ANY SYMPATHY FOR DRUG DEALERS! I too hope he gets what was suggested by Falcon in prison. Reply...
KXMB is terrified! So dominated by their concept of "bad news" self involvement as responsible for the bad! There's alot more to gain in positive, then in negative! I devoted my life, from teen to old age, the scam of corruption! Media underestimates good news! You feed garbage, then you exist on petty cash! You peddle crap about a killer drug dealer, you might well vanish! Empires built on sand never last! To a damn drug dealer, all victims are "family" and the media loves it! ADDICTS! A dog is a dog! Reply...
The Viet Nam war, along with endless other "police actions" have been drug wars! The Roman Catholic Church lost billions when Viet Nam got into the wrong hands! To pretend that Wentz never directly sold to kids is an outrage! That's a puppet show! It's like saying HIV/AIDS is only for consenting adults! It's like claiming the Bush family didn't help put Hitler into office! A monster Russian dictator once remarked "we will bury you, we'll do it from the inside, we'll do it without firing a shot!" In less than a year, Wentz will be right back in buisness! New buisness! Blame the totally pathic State's Attorneys office, the totally corrupt judicial system! Slame some poor citizen, but power players can kill under color of law! Write off! The scam is to keep the public on two levels...super rich and poor! As I recall, based on history, we're about 100 years ahead of the fall of the Roman Empire! Carefully, the media, if one can call it that, carefully avoids critical issues! Drug users are good at diverting attention! Instead of front page, it's like yawn news! Demand the immediate firing of the dummy who made a "deal" with Wentz, demand the immediate resignation of the useless dummy who called itself a judge, then learn to investigate who/what you vote for! Decent people are slowly being forced into survival, so they either can't or won't pay attention to issues, the extreme level of corruption. The media, naturally, well controlled, decides what to publish. Very few ever paid attention when the logo to "serve & protect" was removed from cop cars. It's all money now! I can count all the real cops i've known on one hand, leaving the other hand free to stand beside. Now, it's a money hungry, steroid/cocaine, congleration of mindless punks! No wonder a loser like Wenze walks! The real issue, is look at the scum who let this major drug dealer skate! Reply...
North Dakota has been a crime capitol, at least since at least the 1920's. Car dealers/transporters, are carefully protected by law enfocement/government. Tons of drugs make their way into ND, to be processed, and/or distributed. You can hardly expect the news media or law enforcement, or a government official, to address the issue. Many are themselves users, and not about to risk supply! If one looks at an arial map, the Golden Goose is obvious! I have it on a free road map! North Dakota is clearly the drug capitol at least for N. America! Cocaine is clearly a killer drug...often a cheap resort for crank addicts. You can't rely on getting help to supress the supply from the very people using! Don't refer concerns to law enforcement...many of those are on steroids, use other drugs to enhance the effect...government is worthless, the medical community...well, that's obviousely not an avenue of help, and don't resort to educators, or some mindless religious solution. Cocaine is like rabies, at least, but actually it's like the Black Plague! North Dakota is the highway! Reply...
Well They SHould have no sympanthy if they have fricken kids i mean my f**n goddâ„ Reply...
One year?? Gee go figure. He must have been supplying the judges and law enforcement, and other political figures in this town. I totally agree with you Falcon. I hope he becomes someones B***CH in prison. Who didn't know that he was peddling drugs.. And REALITY CHECK. You must be a real good friend to darcy. Why should anyone have any sympathy for him. Gee wow he had an addiction. Wow who cares. just like some have a addiction to booze,gambling,etc.. Doesn't sound like he wanted to get help. And he used his addiction to MAKE A PROFIT AND BUILD A EMPIRE. So don't expect people to feel sorry for WENTZ. And Iam sure the kids knew their parents were druggies and dealing. The car lot was the cover up. And its no secret either about Dan Porter and Dvoriak are white powder dealers too. Another guy to check out is that Stan M. From Barth. heard about him too.. Its been going on for years. Now hes networked in bismarck. But like his saying is. He treats you like family. HA HA HA. But hey its ok if your a business owner and are dealing drugs you will get off. But if your some poor scum bum. You will be doing hard time.. Only in NORTH DAKOTA Baby. This town is full of CORRUPTION. And these are probally people that go to church and pray on sundays.. too funny Reply...
Absolutely ridiculous. You guys are right... I've seen stiffer sentences for marijuana. This is COCAINE. TRAFFICKING. Someone got paid off. I hope someone ass rapes Wentz in prison, get OUR justice paid.
Not to mention, Mr. Dvorak of Dvorak motors is just a proxy seller for Wentz now. Between him and Dan Porter in Dickinson, the white stuff is still being peddled. But what do they have to worry about? A suspended sentence? 1 year? This is totally ****ed up. What message is this sending? Reply...
1000's of people including kids? That is one strong comment, Fedup. Ever thought that maybe you shouldn't make an acusation without knowing all the facts? I guess your mother never taught you to walk a mile in someones shoes before you judge. Thats the sad part, people are so quick to make opinions of people...people they don't even know!!! You two have never stepped into the life of Mr. Wentz, and if you had, you may realize the life of pain he has endured. I'm not saying that drugs is the answer, but the man obviously dealt with a huge problem, a problem called addiction and I guess if you have ever learned anything addictions is a hard problem to break...hence the name ADDICTION. If you would have heard the whole testimony it was stated that Mr. Wentz didn't deal to a whole lot of people and that it was very selective....meaing he didn't sell to kids! You think that man would do such a thing when he has two grow children at home? Another thing, you two need to be more sensitive to the family that you and the rest of the community are crushing. I think the whole fact of the matter is hard enough on the family so keep your comments to yourself and focus on your own problems rather than everyone elses. Reply...
Fedup, I agree with you totally. Could it be that there are some in our court system who are like ex-NY Gov. Spitzer(D) and need THEIR SUPPLIER back out on the street ASAP. Reply...
It's unbeleiveable the light sentences they give out to someone who has sold drugs for 10 yrs.!!!! 15 yrs. with 14 suspended !!!! Just how many lives has Wentz & Eggan been responsible for ruining in those 10 yrs. ?? Eggan had all her sentence suspended !!! Wentz admitted to using drugs himself for 30 yrs. People are sentenced to more time in prison when the find a few ounces of marywanna in their car during a traffic stop. And now he has been drug free for 13 months !! Just where has he been the last 13 months awaiting sentenceing ??
The message here is, you can sell drugs BUT don't you dare hyjack a car and steal guns, you'll get 4 yrs. and 10 yrs. and serve all yrs. (This is in reference to Long & Brown Otter). Two lives were endangered compared to how many 1000's of young people (kids) we can only guess with Wentz and his wife Eggan.
Our court system needs to update their policies. If you're sentenced to 10 yrsyou serve 7 yrs. If you're guilty of a crime then you're guilty and serve the sentence for that crime-and what's with this plea bargaining crap !!!???
There's a strong message given out by our court; if you want to sell drugs, come and live it N.D. If you're caught, you will only have to serve a very light sentence in exchange for all the lives you have affected/ruined and for all the millions of dollars you have made !!! It is a small trade off.
There, I feel better. Reply...
The headline is Wentz sentenced for drug sales, but the article has nothing to do with this. Way to go KX journalism. Did you guys find your degrees in a crackerjack box? Reply...
I still think about Ryan on a daily basis, and will always miss his late night phone calls to talk about absolutely nothing:) He truly was a great guy.
