Good Morning. What a great day to be alive. We had such a nice visit from our New York friends. My husband has known them since gradeschool.
Today is the final basketball game for the grandkids this season, so games, and trophys. I am enjoying having my husband back in our own bed after 11 weeks.
Its about 75-80 today, and I am looking forward to it.
Our local Lions club is having their bi annual BBQ (pig roast).. Its so popular that you may stand in line an hour to get your sandwiches and cole slaw... They started cooking it yesterday, slow cooked all night. Is BBQ popular where any of you live?
Si Ko enjoying your photo you sent, let me know if you would like me to send you the dvd "bridges of madison county".
Morning to all of you.. You are a nice bunch of cyber friends.

Well, today was a nice day. I got a hair cut, pedicure and manicure. I feel very femine today. I think it is better therapy then most anything.
Theresa, I am still laughing at your story from the soup kitchen. I am sure it was not funny if you are in the "toilet water" up to your ankles but it was funny how you told it.
Care, glad your job is going well. I love to get a nice chunk of change like that. It sure makes life go easier. Someone told me once "Money does not buy happiness but it sure does buy a better class of misery." I think that is a pretty true statement. :)
Well, not much new here. Will check back later. Reply...

Hello everyone, how are you today? I am well, and tanks, yes tanks for asking? I was busy the last two days with the soup kitchen. What a mess we had yesterday, someone over flowed the men’s room, it overflowed into the supply room. We keep all our paper plates, napkins, paper towels all paper goods are ruined. This drunken native that comes every week, he doesn’t ever start any trouble just let him eat and go. He came up to me and said “I saw it was overflowing after I came out, but I thought it would stop.” So you guize know me, I turned around and held back my Brooklyn curse words that fly out of my mouth so easily sometimes. So I said, no I screamed “Why the heck didn’t you tell anyone?” he just stood there drunk. I couldn’t really help with the cleanup effort, because my back is so screwed up, I felt sorry for Father George, he was doing it all by himself. My husband is working in Rugby, so I couldn’t call him.
Hay Curly it is like Blizzardding (I invented that word) out right now, it doesn’t seem to be sticking. I saw in the weather a part of Arizona is getting snow today, what a winter. My son Chris is sandbagging down in Fargo, he has a good heart and always pitches in when they need him, Hay Curly it stopped blizzardding!
KO, your job sounds great, it so nice to get a check like that and pay everything off. After I retired from the Air Force, I put in for disability. I was not able to reenlist because I rated 4F, because of my neck and back. So they put me at 100%, and I received a back check for $26,000.00. You know what I did, I took my kids to Ireland for the entire summer, and it was great. I was seriously considering buying a house there. I never did, but I regret it sometimes. Ohio sounds fun, I have been through there, I don’t remember what I saw, but I drove through it and stayed overnight. KO, are those houses that you are talking about on the reservation? I am sorry this is my stupid native question of the week. Are houses on the reservation free, or do you buy them? I remember that Minot Air Force base gave a bunch of houses to Belcourt. KO I know I have talked about this idiot before to you, my daughter’s boyfriend is native; I asked him a stupid native question the other day. I asked “Can Native’s tell the difference between what tribe they are from?” So he answered “Yes”, he went on about how heads are shaped different, some are better looking, some are short or tall. Is that true KO? As I told you before he is an idiot!!!
Hi Shoppe, the girl that died, her mother went down to Florida to get her. She wants to see her, and then she is being cremated. It is sad! The kids around here are all doing well, the prom is tomorrow. Her mom was going to throw a big after prom party. That is one thing I love about Minot, people love to have all the kids in their homes. I don’t mind either, my limit is twelve, I can’t do any more than that, but I require a 10 minute notice.
Jack-A- Why don’t you start a forum for men to dump their lives; I am sure Shoppe can come up with a better name than I can. It should be something like “Real Men Can Cry!”
That is it for now, I love you all,

I wish I saw this guy, I would have asked him to hold BUZZ!

Just finished reading the last few pages of this post. I am so sad for so many people who live in homes less then ideal. I am so thankful that I had a wonderful home when I was a child and parents who worked like slaves on the farm, but each and every night when went to bed, I knew they loved me and I was safe. Not always happy with the rules they set forth, but always knowing our home was at peace. I have many friends who were not nearly so fortunate.
Flapps, I am glad to see you have done the right thing, even if it was hard and seemed unfair. I bet your kids respect you for it.

When I was growing up there was constant bickering in the home, I ran away from home twice. My parents never got a divorce because of the catholic church, get a divorce and you are ex-communicated. So they stayed married and really didn't care who suffered, just as long the catholic church was satisfied. Reply...

Correction.. Theresa started Care :) I started Care II. As long as you dont post political views n just stick to REAL life...lol Anyone can post here. Should we see if we can get to 2000? The one who is the 2000th post can start Care III... but I think we should move that to the Entertainment section or religious..lol its my ritual to stop almost every day here!!
Yesterday was soooo busy here at work. We had three people out in this office alone. The other site lost power so we had to take their calls for a while too. Did I tell you I love my job? I got a check for $5g the other day.. so now I have no more bills to pay (extra $300 in my wallet) a month (cept rent daycare phone n insurance) and we will be on our way to purchasing a house in the next Id say... 3 months.
There are some really cute ones for like $60-70g. The one I like.. she was asking $70g for it. Its a three bedroom, livingroom, dining room, two bathroom, fireplace, the bbqer is hooked up to the city natural gas thing so we can bbq without having to run to the store, theres a built in nook for the table restaurant style. That seats 8, theres a shaded picnic area in the backyard and even wood storage that connects to the garage so it wont get wet.
I paid for my n rugrats tickets to Ohio too. We leave May 18th, get there the 19th, B's birthday is the 20th, C's birthday is the 21st, visit for a day, leave the 23rd n home the 24th. I am so excited!! I cant wait for fresh peaches so juicy you have to wear a napkin, Fresh Rootbeer.. not talkin A n W either. Maybe head out to Put In Bay, OH I gotta see if I can get my tattoo recolored!!! and maybe another one lol
